Our Range of Mobile Sandblasting Services Across Adelaide

As well as extensive in-house blasting facilities at our workshop in Wingfield, Australian Enviroblast also provides mobile dustless blasting across the Adelaide metropolitan area and throughout regional South Australia.

High quality mobile sandblasting wherever you are

At Australian Enviroblast, we use Quill Falcon Cyclone dustless blasting machines, and these powerful yet portable machines mean that we’re equipped to tackle all types of wet abrasive blasting work in just about any location.

Dustless blasting is used across a variety of industries and sectors for all types of cleaning, such as removing surface contamination, stripping away old layers of paint, etc., as well as for surface preparation prior to repainting or adding a new protective coating.

This means that much of the blasting work we are commissioned to undertake is on mining and industrial infrastructure, marine installations and vessels, or building and stone restoration projects, and so in all of these cases, on-site sandblasting capability is required.

Australian Enviroblast has unrivalled expertise in managing onsite blasting projects, and our range of specialised mobile dustless blasting equipment means that we are able to operate in all sorts of locations, no matter how remote or demanding.

For instance, for much of our mobile abrasive blasting work we use the Quill Falcon Cyclone 120 Trailer dustless blaster, a self-contained machine that is equipped with a 115 litre water tank and a 177cfm compressor, ideal for working in remote locations where easy access to water supplies can be difficult. For our clients, this in turn means fewer on-site hold ups and reduces down time, saving on costs and increasing efficiency.

Mobile dustless blasting in both urban and industrial environments

One of the many advantages of the Quill Falcon Cyclone dustless blasting system is that it consumes less water than conventional slurry blasting, and it produces virtually no dust, so little or no encapsulation is required.

This makes dustless blasting ideal for use in the Adelaide CBD and suburban locations for building restoration work, graffiti removal or line marking removal, as large areas don’t need to cordoned off for extended periods of time. Dustless blasting is also an environmentally friendly procedure in terms of air quality, noise, water quality and waste management, and so can be safely used in all types of urban environment. In addition, Australian Enviroblast is licensed by the Environmental Protection Agency and accredited with PCCP (Painting Contractors Certification Program).

We have successfully undertaken a range of wet blasting projects on public, commercial and privately owned buildings throughout South Australia, including restoring memorials and public art works, sensitive heritage restorations, and removing graffiti and line markings from all types of surfaces.

Equipped for both large-scale and small abrasive blasting projects

Our experience and versatility means that we are equipped to handle sandblasting projects of any size, from large-scale industrial and marine abrasive blasting projects, to domestic projects on a much smaller scale.

As well as major projects in the mining and agricultural sectors, we are also set up to tackle smaller projects for home and business owners, such as rust and stain removal from a variety of surfaces (including wood, concrete and steel), cleaning oil-stained driveways and car parks, stripping old paint and coating from swimming pools, and repairing flood or fire damage.

A look at our gallery featuring some of our past projects gives a good indication of the scope of our mobile sandblasting services, and the variety of locations in which our team has carried out wet abrasive blasting work across Adelaide and South Australia.
